• You will take the responsibility for customer & business intelligence deliverables
• You will provide strategic and tactical advice based upon customer behavior analyses
• You will develop sustainable relationships with key client stakeholders and executives and ensure an appropriate level of commitment and participation throughout the assignment
• You will provide specialist guidance on customer value management (CVM) and coach both client staff and 4C consultants on the assignment
• You will advise and support (large) organizations in the implementation of new customer & business intelligence assignments
• You identify the scope of work and plan the delivery of the assignment
• You identify risks and issues and ensure that they are resolved
• You will lead workshops at clients
• You will develop areas of industry or skill specialization and expand your current knowledge
• You will contribute to service management and marketing

YOUR PROFILE
• You have a graduate or post graduate degree in economics, management or marketing and a thorough knowledge of statistics & datamining
• You have a good knowledge of SAS and/or SPSS
• You have an applied knowledge in one of our main sectors of activity (finance, telecom, utilities, pharmaceutical, automotive or high tech service sector). Within one or more of these domains you will possess in depth business knowledge and insight.
• You have 2 to 7 years relevant experience.
• You have sharp analytical capabilities combined with the ability to develop and transform concepts into pragmatic solutions.
• You are results driven and sharing your knowledge is a passion.
• You are highly committed to our customers’ success
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
